Submitting Authors Declaration

You are welcome to submit original scientific work! Submissions can be uploaded as full paper, short communication papers, and posters by using our online registry submission system.

Please note that the structure of the submission needs to comply with the call of papers (https://mie2024.org/call-for-papers/) and good scientific practice.

Conflicts of interest:

The corresponding author must declare prior to the submission if there is a conflict of interest from authors according to II.B from the recommendations of ICMJE.

Statement on ethics vote:*

The corresponding author must declare prior to the submission if the study required ethical approval.

Your submission will be peer-reviewed by independent experts.

The Scientific Programme Committee (SPC) reserves the right to check the submitted files for plagiarism and reject without any further notification, Full Papers with greater than 20% similarity and Short Communication Papers/Posters with greater than 30% similarity rate (excluding references list). In addition, the use of AI tools in authoring papers is strictly forbidden.

In case of acceptance, the SPC will include your submission in the conference proceedings book. You accept publication in the conference proceedings book “Studies in Health Technology and Informatics” by IOSPress/SAGE, implicitly by submitting your work.

The Full Paper, Short Communication Papers and Posters, will be published with a CC BY NC Open Access license. Everyone can access the papers online (no paywall).
